Monarch Education are working with a 2 form entry Primary school in Aston, Birmingham who are looking to appoint a part-time Nursery Teacher starting September 2025.

The role will be teaching the Early years curriculum to a class of mixed ability pupils. Planning will be required

The role is part-time starting Monday 1st September 2025 and run for the full academic year until Friday 24th July 2026.

The working days are Monday to Wednesday.

  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework which will enable you to deliver high quality teaching and learning experiences which excite and motivate children to learn and develop
  • A teacher who is passionate about early years education
  • A commitment to challenging children’s abilities by having high expectation
  • A team player who can motivate and lead others
  • A collaborative attitude and enjoyment in working with others

To apply for this role you must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status or ECT
  • Be able to provide 2 educational references which can support your teaching experience
  • Previous experience Teaching in EYFS
  • Hold a DBS which is registered online with the DBS update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS
