Monarch Education are proud to be working in partnership with a friendly primary school in Longsight (M12), Manchester. The school is seeking a full-time teacher to join their team from January 2026. This is a long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Deliver high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
• Plan and assess learning effectively, using data to inform next steps and ensure progress.
• Create a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN staff and other colleagues to support pupils with varying needs.
• Contribute to school life, including extracurricular activities, planning meetings and CPD.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
• ECTs are encouraged to apply
