Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to take on a long-term role teaching a Year 3 class in a diverse and inclusive primary school in Easton, Bristol. Role Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for Year 3 pupils.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil development.
• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold school values.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A creative and reflective approach to teaching.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
