EYFS Teacher – MAT Cover

Salary: £162.31-£223.62 Per day (MPS1-MPS6)
Start Date: June 2026
Contract Until: February 2027
Location: Manchester (M8)

Monarch Education is seeking a highly experienced Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Manchester (M8). This is a full-time maternity cover position, running from June 2026 to February 2027.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate EYFS Teacher who can deliver high-quality teaching and create a nurturing, stimulating learning environment. You will be responsible for planning, assessing, and delivering engaging lessons in line with EYFS curriculum standards.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs cannot be considered for this role
  • Proven experience teaching within the EYFS
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development
  • Ability to create a safe, inclusive and inspiring classroom
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents and senior leadership
  • Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
