Year 3 Teacher (3 Days per Week)

Salary: £162.31-£223.62 Per day (MPS1-MPS6)
Monarch Education is recruiting an experienced Year 3 Teacher to support a warm and welcoming primary school based in Manchester (M8). This is a part-time role, working 3 days per week (specific days to be confirmed), starting September 2026 and continuing for the entire academic year.
About the Role
The school is seeking a confident, skilled practitioner who can deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to a Year 3 class. You will be responsible for planning, teaching and assessing pupils in line with KS2 curriculum standards and contributing to the wider life of the school.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experienced teachers only – ECTs cannot be considered
- Strong classroom management skills
- Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
- Ability to plan and deliver high-quality lessons that motivate and inspire pupils
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents and SLT
