Salary: £162.31 – £223.62 per day (MPS1-MPS6)

This is a full-time maternity cover role starting in September 2026, offering a brilliant opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment.

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons within Key Stage 2, fostering a positive learning atmosphere and supporting pupils to reach their full potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Creating an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary
- Differentiating learning to support all abilities
- Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Contributing to the wider school community
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in KS2 (or strong placement experience for ECTs)
- A creative and enthusiastic teaching style
- Strong classroom management skills
- A commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing
- A proactive and positive attitude
