Secondary Supply Teacher – Northampton – Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a range of well-established secondary schools in Northampton. Due to high demand, we have opportunities for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply.

This role is ideal for teachers seeking flexible working hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to gain experience across different school settings.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Maintain classroom discipline and manage behaviour effectively
  • Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the permanent teacher
  • Adapt quickly to different subjects and school environments
  • Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures

Requirements:

  • Recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
