Monarch Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Droylsden (M43) for an experienced Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and committed teacher who has a proven track record of raising attainment, inspiring pupils and maintaining high expectations for all children, regardless of background or ability.
The Role
The successful educator will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons across the KS2 curriculum, creating a positive learning environment where every child is encouraged and supported to achieve their full potential.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and wider school staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils while contributing positively to the wider life of the school.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has successful experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Demonstrates high expectations for behaviour, achievement and attendance
- Has a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment within KS2
- Is committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential
- Can create engaging, inclusive and inspiring learning experiences
- Has excellent classroom management skills
- Works effectively as part of a team and contributes to the wider school community
- Is reflective, motivated and committed to ongoing professional development
