About the Role
As a Teaching & Learning Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils 1:1 or within small groups
- Work across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Help children to engage in learning, build confidence and achieve their goals
- Assist teachers with classroom activities, interventions and everyday routines
- Create a positive, safe and nurturing learning environment
This role is perfect for someone patient, reliable and motivated – someone who wants to make a real impact.

We’re Looking For…
- Experience working with children (school, nursery, SEN, youth work or similar) – not essential
- A positive and resilient attitude
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to support children with a range of needs
- Commitment to supporting education and wellbeing
