Teaching Assistant
Location: Kettering
Pay: £84 – £100 p/day
Start date: 3rd September 2024
Working hours: 8:30am – 3:40pm Monday – Friday, FULL TIME
A large mainstream secondary school in Kettering are looking for a Teaching Assistant for a full-time vacancy in September. They require a dedicated individual to be responsible for engaging students whilst promoting inclusion and compassion. You will be required to support a range of students with special needs including Autism and EBD.
The school are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have previous experience supporting young people with social and emotional needs.
This position will involve supporting students on a one-to-one basis and other children within the classroom. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team who are highly skilled in delivering education.
This role will be term time only and candidates must have relevant experience, for example working in previous school or childcare setting. The school are also happy to consider graduates with transferable skills or those who are currently working towards a Teaching Assistant qualification.
Candidates must be ready to start work in September and be able to work 8:30am – 3:30pm.
This is a temp-perm opportunity and for the candidate it will lead to a permanent post.
