Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary: £85 – £100 per day (Paid weekly)
Start Date: Immediate

Monarch Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team, working within local primary schools in the Banbury area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children’s learning and development while gaining valuable classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
• Support individual and small groups of children with their learning
• Provide one-on-one support for pupils with additional needs
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to the overall welfare and personal development of pupils

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, ideally within a school setting
• A passion for education and supporting young learners
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and flexible approach to working
• A valid DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
