Monarch Education are supporting a lovely mainstream Primary School based in Northampton (NN3) to source a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly team and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners and support teachers in delivering high-quality education.

Requirements of applicant:

• Have experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.
• Be patient, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with students.
• Have excellent communication skills and work well as part of a team.
• Hold a relevant qualification (e.g., Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent) – although this is not essential.
• Be committed to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children.
• Support classroom teaching and assist students in their learning.
• Help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Work with individual or small groups of students, providing additional support where needed.
• Assist with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback where appropriate.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all pupils.
