EYFS Teaching Assistant

Area: Sheldon

Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30 – 3:30

Salary: £100 – £110 per day

Start date: September

Monarch education, part of affinity workforce, are working closely with a Nursery school and resource base in Sheldon to recruit a fun, friendly teaching assistant to widen their school family.

This role will be within one of the nursery rooms where there is a high ratio of SEND children within the class, ages 2 – 4.

They are wanting someone who is friendly, team player, flexible in the classroom, either level 2 or 3 qualified within childcare or teaching and learning, has past experience working within a nursery and is super experienced with supporting SEND needs.

The perfect candidate must be a positive and passionate individual, willing to motivate and inspire the younger generation, always going the extra mile and being committed to their wellbeing and development. You will need to be flexible to the needs of the children and have a good understanding of child development and the learning process of children with SEN needs.

This is a very rewarding role where you will be helping transform and make vital contributions to children’s and families lives within the local area.
