Teaching Assistant

Rate: £100 – £110 per day

Monarch Education, part of affinity workforce, are working closely with a super friendly primary school in Sheldon who’s golden rule is to ‘Treat others as you wish to be treated.’

They are looking for a full-time teaching assistant to join their EYFS team from September until the end of the academic year – you will be required to do nappy changing.

This is a full time, Mon – Fri role, interviewing immediately.

Qualifications and Experience:

• (Preferably) hold a level 3 in supporting and learning or equivalent
• Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting that we can reference in the last 2 years
• Able to control challenging behaviour
• Knowledge and understanding of SEND practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the school and students.
