Salary: £444.60-£529.40 per week

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm (Term time only)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience working in Upper Key Stage 2
• Knowledge of SEN and behaviour management strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A positive, patient, and proactive attitude

Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Providing tailored support to pupils with SEN
• Managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
• Assisting with daily classroom activities and routines
• Supporting the social and emotional development of pupils
