About the Role:

We are recruiting for a motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work closely with teachers and pupils to deliver high-quality support across various year groups. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help children reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
• Providing tailored support to children with additional needs
• Encouraging positive social interaction and independence
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Level 3 Qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different children’s needs and learning styles
• A caring, patient and proactive attitude
