Monarch Education is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Primary School, supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and other additional needs. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, perfect for someone passionate about inclusive education and eager to make a lasting impact.

🔑 Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting pupils with SEND through 1:1 and small group interventions
• Promoting emotional wellbeing, independence, and confidence
• Assisting teachers with planning, activities, and classroom routines
• Implementing EHCPs and adapting learning strategies
• Collaborating with staff and parents to support pupil progress
• Maintaining a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with Autism, ADHD, or similar needs (school experience not essential)
• Excellent communication, creativity, and adaptability
• A nurturing, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for working with children
• TA qualification or relevant experience desirable
