🧑‍🏫 Your Role as a Teaching Assistant

As a key member of the classroom team, you will:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Promote positive behaviour and help pupils stay focused and motivated.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Work with pupils of all abilities, helping them reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support individual learning needs.
• Assist in planning and organising group activities and school events.

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking Teaching Assistants who:

• Have experience working with children (in schools, nurseries, clubs, or similar settings).
• Are organised, reliable, and proactive.
• Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• Are passionate about supporting children’s well-being and development.
• Hold (or are willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS check.
