About the Role:
You will be working closely with pupils who require additional support due to a range of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges. Your role will involve helping students access the curriculum, encouraging independence, and promoting a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN setting
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
