Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Monarch Education is working in partnership with Primary Schools across the Birmingham and Solihull area to recruit Long-Term Special Needs Teaching Assistants who can provide dedicated care and learning support.

Role Overview:

• Work closely with pupils who have a range of special educational needs (SEN).
• Provide tailored classroom support to help children achieve their full potential.
• Assist with personal care where required, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to create an inclusive learning environment.

Essential Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Applications without this will not be considered.
• Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or care setting.
• Compassion, patience, and a proactive approach to learning support.
• Ability to assist with personal care needs confidently and sensitively.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding.
