Monarch Education are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support a vibrant primary school in Tameside (OL6). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in pupils’ learning and development for the remainder of the academic year.

About the Role

• Full-time position supporting pupils across Key Stages.
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups.
• Assist with classroom management and contribute to a positive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate pupils of varying abilities.
