Pay: 444.60-£650.00 Per week (Holiday pay is inclusive of weekly rate)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 15:30 pm
Requirement: Full-time

We’re looking for Teaching Assistants who are ready to support children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), non-verbal communication needs, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Social Emotional Mental Health Needs (SEMH). Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you have a heart for helping children thrive, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils with complex needs in a nurturing, inclusive environment
• Assisting with communication, sensory integration, and emotional regulation
• Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning goals between the ages of 4-19
• Helping children engage in classroom activities, play, and therapeutic sessions
• Collaborating with teachers and therapists to deliver holistic care and education
• Celebrating every small step of progress and building meaningful relationships

Who We’re Looking For:

*Previous experience working with young people, ideally within an SEND setting
*Behavioural Therapy experience
*Highly organised with excellent communication skills
*Passionate about supporting and inspiring children to reach their full potential
*Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, patient approach
*Experience supporting children or adults with additional needs such as ASC, ADHD, SEMH or similar conditions
*Knowledge of Makaton, sign language, or alternative communication methods is desirable but not essential
*A proactive attitude with a flexible and caring approach to supporting children’s individual needs
