Urgent Opportunity: Year 4 Teaching Assistant Needed in Northfield – Immediate Start!

Monarch Education is currently working with a school in Northfield and is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teaching Assistant to start ASAP.

Role Details:

• Supporting children with Intervention Groups
• Assisting pupils with SEND and lower ability
• Providing tailored support to help students achieve their potential

Requirements:

• Valid Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience working with Year 4 pupils
• Confidence supporting SEND and lower ability students
• Enthusiastic, patient, and proactive approach
