Teaching Assistant – Mainstream School (PE1 Area)

Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to join a supportive mainstream primary school in the PE1 area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

The Role:

• Support classroom learning under the direction of the class teacher
• Deliver small‑group and 1:1 interventions to boost progress
• Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and behaviour support
• Create an inclusive and engaging environment for pupils
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience in a mainstream school setting is desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for supporting young learners
