Monarch Education is recruiting a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to support a primary school in Rubery. The successful candidate will work across all year groups from Reception to Year 6, assisting teachers in delivering lessons and supporting pupils’ learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and activities across all year groups.
- Supporting pupils’ participation in lessons and helping them access the curriculum.
- Supervising and engaging pupils during lessons, breaks, and other activities.
- Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour.
- Adapting support strategies to meet the needs of pupils across different year groups.
- Building relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and confidence.
Candidate Requirements:
Level 3 qualification recognised by Ofqual
