Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join friendly and supportive specialist schools. In this role, you’ll work alongside teachers and support staff to help deliver engaging activities and provide personalised support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including those on the autism spectrum.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a patient and empathetic approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Experience supporting children with SEN whether in a classroom, small‑group, or one‑to‑one setting is highly desirable. Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping pupils make progress are essential.
