We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Cradley Heath. This full-time, temporary position is available immediately.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting young children within nursery or primary school environments and possess a current, clear DBS check. Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework would be highly advantageous.

The ideal candidate must have the following experience:
- Support students that need guidance in reaching learning targets.
- Can deliver basic phonics.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
- Good grammar and spoken English.
- Provide learning interventions.
- Excellent at raising attainment.
- Able to encourage pupils to learn and build their confidence.
Qualification and Skills Level 3 qualification relating to Education / Child Care or degree.
