Role: Early Years Teaching Assistant

Hours: Flexible options – Full-time, part-time, and day-to-day cover available
Location: Boston (PE21 0LJ)
Pay: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: ASAP

Monarch Education is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant / Early Years Practitioner to support a friendly and welcoming nursery setting. This role will involve working closely with experienced staff to deliver engaging, play-based learning activities and support children in their early development.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children (nursery or EYFS), including supporting personal care, and a good understanding of how to promote communication, social skills, and early learning. Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable but not essential. A patient, proactive, and nurturing approach is key to success in this role.
