Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support a specialist school setting in the Spilsby area. This role involves working with pupils who may have a range of additional needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

You will be working closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils engage with learning and develop key life skills. The role may involve supporting behaviour, implementing structured routines, and assisting with personal care where required.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting children with SEN, a positive and adaptable approach, and strong behaviour management skills. A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of young people is essential.
