Level 3 EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join the schools we are currently working with. We are looking for a TA who can provide specialist support within the Early Years Foundation Stage. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality learning experiences for pupils in EYFS.
- Provide targeted support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEND), including those with EHCPs.
- Assist in planning and preparing activities that meet individual learning needs.
- Implement strategies to promote engagement, independence, and progress.
- Monitor and record pupil development, feeding back to teachers and parents.
- Support with personal care and emotional regulation where required.
About You:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
- Experience working in EYFS and supporting children with SEND.
- Strong understanding of EYFS framework and inclusive practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
