Monarch Education are currently recruiting a number of Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a range of friendly and supportive primary schools throughout Stockport.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. Whether you’re seeking full-time work, part-time flexibility or long-term opportunities, we have roles to suit your availability.

The Role

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Deliver targeted interventions and small group activities
• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Help manage classroom behaviour and support pupil progress

Requirements

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working within a primary school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
