Monarch Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Qualified Practitioners to work across a variety of nurseries, pre-schools and early years settings throughout Stockport.

The Role
As an EYFS Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in creating a nurturing, stimulating and engaging environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. You’ll support children’s social, emotional and educational development through play-based learning and meaningful interactions.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS Framework
- Delivering engaging activities that encourage learning and development
- Creating a safe, positive and inclusive environment
- Supporting children’s personal, social and emotional wellbeing
- Observing, monitoring and recording children’s progress
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and staff
- Promoting safeguarding and following all setting policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2, Level 3 or equivalent Early Years qualification
- Experience working within nurseries, pre-schools or other early years settings
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- Right to work in the UK
