Monarch Education is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work within a specialist Alternative Provision in Chesterfield.
The provision supports children and young people who may have SEMH needs, behavioural difficulties or have been permanently excluded from mainstream education. Pupils often require a more individualised and nurturing approach to help them re-engage with learning, build positive relationships and develop confidence within education.
We are looking for resilient, patient and nurturing individuals who understand that behaviour is often a form of communication and can provide pupils with the consistency and positive relationships they need to succeed.

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, or you must be willing to obtain one.
