This is an excellent opportunity to transition into a rewarding Teaching Assistant role, supporting pupils both academically and personally within Primary, Secondary and SEND schools.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom and around the school
  • Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
  • Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
  • Supporting students with additional learning needs
  • Acting as a positive role model for young people
  • Encouraging confidence, teamwork and resilience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience coaching or working with children and young people
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • A proactive, energetic and adaptable approach
  • Passion for supporting and motivating students
  • Interest in pursuing a career within education
