SEND Teaching Assistant & Cover Supervisor – Job Advert (Start ASAP)

We are looking for a confident, adaptable and motivated SEND Teaching Assistant & Cover Supervisor to join a supportive primary and secondary SEMH provision. This exciting combined role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and is passionate about supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

In this role, no two days will look the same. You will spend part of your week providing 1:1 and small‑group support to pupils with a range of additional needs – including SEMH, communication difficulties, cognitive delays and behavioural needs. On other days, you will step confidently into the classroom as a Cover Supervisor, leading lessons that have been pre‑planned and ensuring pupils remain engaged and on track.
