About the Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in a nurturing learning environment. You’ll be supporting children with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN setting
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
