Monarch Education are working closely with a two form entry Primary School who are looking to recruit a Year 2 TA in September 2025. They are looking for a Level 3 childcare qualification and also experience with RWI (Read, Write Inc) phonics scheme.
The School itself is Ideally located just outside of the City Centre with convenient transport links. They have a supportive leadership team and a warm and friendly working environment.
To apply for this role you must:
* Hold a level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent
* Have experience of delivering RWI (Read, Write, Inc) phonics scheme
* Have the ability to hold and deliver innervation groups
* Be passionate about your role, engaging pupils and making learning fun
* Have excellent behaviour management skills
