Monarch Education are currently working with a Primary School in Solihull who are looking for a full time year 3 Teacher to join their team in September!

Applications from ECT’s will be considered, year group to be decided upon appointing the successful candidate.

They are looking for someone who has the drive, enthusiasm and commitment to deliver the highest standards of education, behaviour and attitudes to all pupils in their care and can demonstrate this in their work. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of the National Curriculum.

The Ideal candidate will have:

  • QTS (Applications from ECTs are welcomed)
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 National Curriculum
  • Passionate about securing the best outcomes, inspiring and supporting all children
  • A positive energy and enthusiasm for learning as well as a ‘can-do’ attitude to all aspects of the role and asks of the school
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
