Monarch Education are working with a primary school in the B14, Druids Heath area to recruit an experienced and dedicated Year 5 Teacher for a long-term position.

This unique opportunity involves teaching a small group of approximately 10 pupils with additional needs, allowing for a more personalised and tailored approach to learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging and supportive classroom environment that enables pupils to make progress both academically and personally.

The school is looking for a teacher who can adapt lessons to meet a range of learning needs, build strong relationships with pupils, and provide a nurturing and inclusive learning experience.

The role is available on a full-time basis, however the school is also open to considering a job share arrangement for the right candidates.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs
• Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills
• Ability to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
• A patient, nurturing, and flexible approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
