Re-Join Monarch & Earn £200 – Terms and Conditions

Overview

Monarch Education is offering a £200 re-join bonus to previous Monarch Education candidates who return to work with us and complete 20 days of work through Monarch Education.

We have recently expanded our partnerships with schools and trusts in the Swindon area and would like to welcome former Monarch candidates back to work with us.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the £200 re-join bonus, applicants must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Have previously worked through Monarch Education.
  • Not have completed a paid assignment through Monarch Education or any affiliated Affinity Workforce brand within the last 6 months.
  • Successfully complete any required registration, compliance and safeguarding checks.
  • Be cleared and available to work through Monarch Education.
  • Complete 20 days of paid work arranged through Monarch Education.

Conditions for Payment

  • The candidate must complete 20 days of work within 3 months of being cleared for work.
  • Only days worked and paid through Monarch Education will count towards the bonus.
  • The candidate must remain actively engaged with Monarch Education throughout the qualifying period.
  • Once 20 qualifying days have been completed and verified, Monarch Education will arrange payment of the £200 bonus.
  • The bonus will be paid within 4 weeks of completion of the 20th qualifying day.
  • The scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other Monarch Education sign-on, joining or return-to-work bonus.

Additional Terms

  • Candidates who have worked through Monarch Education or an affiliated Affinity Workforce brand within the previous 6 months are not eligible.
  • If a candidate does not complete 20 qualifying days within 3 months of being cleared for work, the bonus will not be payable.
  • If a candidate becomes inactive, withdraws from work, or fails to maintain compliance requirements before completing the qualifying period, the bonus will not be payable.
  • The bonus is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative benefit.
  • Only days worked through Monarch Education after re-registration and clearance will count towards the scheme.

General Terms

  • If a candidate becomes inactive, withdraws from work, or fails to maintain compliance requirements before completing the qualifying period, the bonus will not be payable.
  • The bonus is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative benefit.
  • Only days worked through Monarch Education will count towards the scheme.
  • Monarch Education reserves the right to amend or withdraw this scheme at any time without notice.
  • All other Monarch Education terms and conditions apply.
  • The scheme is limited to registered schools with Monarch Education.
  • Monarch Education reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time.
