Sign On Terms and Conditions

Monarch Education offers a £300 signing bonus as a way to attract and retain teaching professionals who join our agency. This incentive is available to newly registered teachers who meet specific eligibility criteria.

• To receive the £300 bonus, registered teachers must complete 30 days of work and ensure all related invoices are submitted. The 30 days worked must be completed by February 28^th 2025.
• Eligible candidates must have been previously registered with another education recruitment agency and need to provide a payslip from the last six months as proof of prior supply work.
• This incentive applies only to supply teachers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) transitioning from another agency.
• The sign-on bonus cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or incentive.
