Monarch Education offers a £300 signing bonus as a way to attract and retain teaching professionals who join our agency. This incentive is available to newly registered teachers who meet specific eligibility criteria.

•  To receive the £300 bonus, registered teachers must complete 30 days of work and ensure all related timesheets are submitted on the online timesheet portal. The 30 days worked must be completed within the first 3 months.
• Eligible candidates must have been previously registered with another education recruitment agency and need to provide a payslip from the last six months as proof of prior supply work.
• This incentive applies only to supply teachers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) transitioning from another agency.
• The sign-on bonus cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or incentive.
• The qualifying Teacher must not have worked with Monarch in the past 12 months.
