Swindon Teachers Sign-On Bonus Terms and Conditions

Overview:
Monarch Education offers a £300 sign-on bonus to qualified teachers (QTS) who meet the eligibility criteria and complete 20 days of work in Swindon-based schools.

 

Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the £300 sign-on bonus, applicants must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be a qualified teacher with QTS.
  • Not already be registered on the Monarch Education system or with any of its affiliate brands.
  • Live in Swindon or be able to travel regularly to Swindon for work.
  • Complete 20 days of paid work in Swindon-based schools arranged through Monarch Education.

 

Conditions for Payment:

  • The teacher must complete a minimum of 20 days of work within 3 months from the date of registration.
  • The teacher must remain actively engaged in work with Monarch Education during this period.
  • Once the 20 days of work are completed and verified, Monarch Education will process the £300 bonus.
  • The bonus will be paid within 4 weeks after the completion of the 20th day of work.
  • Can not be combined with any other bonus offered by Monarch Education.

 

Additional Terms:

  • The bonus is only payable if the teacher completes all 20 days within 3 months of clearance.
  • If the teacher leaves Monarch Education before completing 20 days, or fails to work for the required period within 3 months, the bonus will not be paid.
  • The teacher must work in Swindon-based schools; work in other locations does not count towards the bonus.
  • The bonus is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

 

General Terms

  • If a candidate becomes inactive, withdraws from work, or fails to maintain compliance requirements before completing the qualifying period, the bonus will not be payable.
  • The bonus is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative benefit.
  • Only days worked through Monarch Education will count towards the scheme.
  • Monarch Education reserves the right to amend or withdraw this scheme at any time without notice.
  • All other Monarch Education terms and conditions apply.
  • The scheme is limited to registered schools with Monarch Education.
  • Monarch Education reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time.
