About the Role:

Monarch Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teachers to join our team and work within local secondary schools in Didcot. Whether you are looking for a part-time or full-time position, we have flexible opportunities starting from September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality maths lessons to students aged 11-18.
  • Planning and preparing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Assessing and tracking student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
  • Participating in school activities and contributing to the broader school community.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths.
  • Experience teaching Maths at secondary school level (KS3/KS4).
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
