About the Role:

Monarch Education is seeking dynamic and passionate Secondary Supply Teachers to join our team in Oxford. We are looking for dedicated educators who can inspire and engage students across a variety of subjects within local secondary schools. Positions are available on both a part-time and full-time basis starting from September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of subjects.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the varying needs of students.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Follow school policies and procedures to uphold standards and consistency.
  • Engage with students, parents, and staff to support student progress and school initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in secondary schools.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different school environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and making a difference in students’ lives.
