Monarch Education are currently working with a Secondary School in Rossendale, BB4, who are looking for a Physics Teacher (up to A Level) on a supply basis for 1 term from September – December 2024. There is also a possibility that the successful candidate may be offered a temp to perm contract, should they also be suitable for a Deputy Director of Learning role within the school

Main Duties

• To teach throughout the age and ability range as detailed in the National Curriculum and examination board requirements.
• To assess and record pupils’ progress within the guidelines of National Curriculum and the agreed procedures of the faculty.
• To maintain an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the requirements of the curriculum.
• To contribute to all aspects of work in the faculty, to ensure that the department is successful and continues to offer the pupils of the Academy a safe and stimulating environment.

The role:

• Full time, Mon – Fri
• Start date: September 2024
• GCSE & A Level
• Blackburn, Rossendale Area

You MUST posses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to apply
