Primary Supply Teacher

Location: Kettering

Salary: £140-£230 p/day

Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Start date: 4th September 2024

Closing date: Wednesday 21st August

A number of Primary schools in the Kettering and Corby area are currently in need of KS1 and KS2 Supply Teachers to cover sickness and work with them as a bank staff member. You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Part time staff only needed. Marking, planning and staff meetings would not be a requirement within this role.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have Teaching experience or references commenting on their experience as a Teacher
• Hold QTS
• Have experience working with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities/ SEMH pupils
• Be able to supply references covering the last 2 years of employment
• Have excellent behaviour management skills
• Be able to plan lessons thoroughly or follow other plans created by Teachers
• Lead a class of 20-30 young adults
• Have a good sense of humour and show resilience when working with ADHD and ASD pupils
