We’re hiring an Exams Officer in North Birmingham to start ASAP. Must have previous experience. This Monday-Friday role (8AM-4PM) involves managing, conducting, and administering exams.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with students, parents, staff, and awarding bodies.
  • Stay updated on examination changes.
  • Train and manage invigilators.
  • Update exam-related policies.
  • Manage exam entries and timetables.
  • Securely store exam materials.
  • Oversee exam days and results.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in school administration.
  • Experience as an exam invigilator.
  • Proficient in IT and office systems.
  • Knowledge of primary school assessment regulations.
