Monarch Education is delighted to be working in partnership with a Primary School in Edgbaston to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Class Teacher for a part-time role covering Wednesday to Friday each week.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and inclusive school community, where you will take on full classroom responsibilities and be supported with allocated PPA time to plan and prepare engaging lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching to a Year 4 class in line with the national curriculum
• Take full responsibility for classroom planning, assessment, and pupil progress
• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Strong ability to work in a team
• Availability to work every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
