About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils with additional needs. Your role will involve:

• Supporting learning and development in the classroom.
• Assisting with individual education plans (IEPs).
• Promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred).
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach.
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
