Monarch Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Moseley to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team from January.

About the Role

• Full-time teaching position in Year 3.
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential.
• Recent experience teaching within KS2, ideally Year 3.
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to inspire pupils.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
